Chapter 5 (Due April 20)

Please write 100-200 words about your experience of volunteering.  Discuss aspects such as what you did, where, and how the experience changed your life.  Also talk about the people you met while doing the volunteer activity.

  • Why don't you exercise enough? Could you exercise more?  If so, where and when? What type of exercise would you like to do?
  • What about your diet?  
  • Are you too busy?
  • Do you not see your friends enough?
  • Do you not have enough hobbies?
  • Are you not achieving your goals?

Chapter 3 (Due April 6)

Please write 100-200 words about your eating habits. 

What foods do you like to eat?  Can you cook any foods?  Do you snack?  Where are your favourite restaurants?  Do you drink coffee?  Which drinks or desserts do you like?  Do you skip any meals?
