Sometimes I swim when I want to do that. Swimming makes me relax. After swimming I feel good and comfortable. Recently I don't swim at all. But I swam in SunCheon last winter vacation

ReplyDeleteI’ve done rhythm boxing since this march. It’s really fun and very active. I don’t like boring things. So I don’t like running on a treadmill. I know it will burn my fat but I just don’t want to do that. At first, I went gym as much as I can. Recently, I don’t go to gym because I have lots of assignment and meet JIFF volunteers. And most of all, exercise makes me really tired. Right after finishing the exercise, I feel alive and fresh. But after I take a shower, I just want to go to bed. Next day, I can’t wake up early because my body can’t handle the pain. Also I’m too tired to do my homework. Some people say you can do it if you really have to do but I can’t awake. I think I’m going to quit exercise because two weeks later I have midterm tests and Jeonju international film festival. Another reason I don’t go to gym often is Rhythm boxing is group exercising, so if I meet my friend and eat dinner, I can’t go to gym on time. After the test or on my summer vacation, I will go to Gym (fitness club) and do more exercise such as riding a bicycle, weight training, and running on a treadmill and so on. My goal is losing weight and developing my physical strength. Someday, maybe after the summer vacation, I can reach my goal.

ReplyDeleteI like exercise like climbing mountain. But in jeounju, there hasn't suitable mountain I think. So , I usually walk as far as possible. But not just for exericise.I have bad posture, so doctor advise me to walk.
Without kinds of food, I eat a variety of foods.
A lot of homeworks and exams make me busy nowaday. That's why I can't meet friends frequently. But when I have a time, I make an appointment suddenly. Then we talk about events in our daily routine and so on.
I wish I had enough hobby. Because I live like hamster's life.

ReplyDeleteI think I don't exercise enough because I just take a bus or walk. I try to some of exercise but every time I gave up early. So I can't exercise enough. So I envy you because you seemed to like to exercise.
Diet?...I think my diet is bad. i always eat some food irregularly and quickly because I don't have much time to eat. Also I'm so busy because of the exam and homework.
But when I felt some of stress I saw my friends and we went to movie theater. This things relieves were stress.
I don't have much of hobbies because I like just see or listen something. But I think this things are also as hobbies.

ReplyDeleteI actually don't like exercising especially make sweat. But for years, I have felt that I need to exercise indeed. So I try to exercise even though a few minutes. I usually do stretch in my room every morning. It makes my body soft and my spirit fresh. When I exercise stretching longer, I feel bored. It is a main problem that I don't like exercising. So I hope to myself that will be more diligent and endurant.
My diet is made by nutritionists :) because I live in dormitory. I believe my every diet is good to health. It also tastes good. Besides, I like eating meats but I try to eat it with vegetables. But I know I still tend to eat only what one wants. I've decided to ingest a broad variety of foods but it is not that easy. I think I have to change my eating habits.
Nowadays, I think I can handle my works as I grew up. So I feel I am not that busy rather than past and I am not hard to several things. I am also try to achieve my goals continuously. I feel good in process to achieve my goals.

When I was middle and high school student, I like exercising all kinds of sports.
Specially,I like Kendo. I have trained kendo for 6 years untill I am a university student.
Becoming a university student, I become very busy and lazy.
After finishing all classes, I am very tired. So I don't like to do anything.
My top is more weak than bottom. So I must exercise top-reinforced sports.
Why I don't exercise is my laziness and my weak will.
I become to know my fault during last year.
So I plan to exercise at least two times a week.
And If I strengthen my will, My goal is achieved by itself.

ReplyDeleteI exercise every night in my room dormitory before going to bed. I always do push up that is the most efficient to become a muscular and healthy. Actually, I don`t have to be on a diet. Although I eat too much everyday, I don`t gain my weight. I think I consume a lot of calories even though I just sleep or breathe.
I am too busy with my studies almost everyday, so I try to do something else, except studies. I hope I would have the time to enjoy other things and meet my friends more. For these reasons, I don`t have enough time to do my hobbies. If I have spare time, I am willing to learn something I can do as a hobby. I am quite sure that I achieve my goals whatever I do in the future, because I always do my best to become successful.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays meet with friends. If I meet friends that we eat and take a rest.

I often exercise and enjoy playing something with racket like badminton, tennis and ping pong in sports gym. Normally I play 2 or 3 times a week and it's adequate for me. While on exercise, not only i get fresh but also i rearrange my next day's schedule in detail.
I'm also on the diet for my health. As time goes by, i can feel that i'm getting fat due to the increasing time i'm on a sit.
Nowadays, i'm trying to eat like a bird.
And I like to meet my friend enough and enjoy doing my hobbies.
I know those are important things i need to do.

These days, I jump rope for diet.
I worked out in a gym with friend in the first grade.
But now, schedual is out of whack with she.
So I play alone.
dormitory rooftop is main place.
First, I take two thousand jump rope in the morning and evening.
However, I soon tired and starts nodding at schooltime after lunch.
So I take one thousand in the morning and two thousand in the evening.
Beacause I have parttime job, I finish work and exercise in the evening.
Althought I stretch after exercising, my claves become thick.
I'm very worry, but I know If quit the jump rope, I gain weight.
So I have to continue jump rope.
I want losing weight about 7kg.
I effort continuously.
And I like most sports.
In vacation,I fall ice skating.
My sister is taken Ice Link by me.
I used to be bruise because I'm knocked over.
But It was very exciting.

ReplyDeleteI’m a girl who is fond of doing exercise. My favorite sports are running and playing badminton. But usually I have little time for these and more importantly, I’m a little bit lazy, which is why I can’t exercise enough. However, I really love the feeling of play badminton in the evening when I can feel the sprit of sweet and the quietness of the hanging down of the night screen. I’ll play badminton more after this weekend because I’ll have my Korean Test in 3 days. I have a regular diet except snacks. I always tell myself not to go easy on myself because I believe in one word: You are what you eat, and I know the importance of having a healthy diet. On weekends, I usually hang out with my friends---chatting, singing and watching movies, which is my favorite activity. If I exercise any sports, I do in the park near my house.
and I like to do at night.
I like sports,kind of using feet.
walking,jumping rope,dance,runing,hiking..
beacause, I'm overweight in the lower body.
so I prefer those sports.
and my diet is irregular. every breakfast I miss,
and lunch and dinner time are irregular too.
In the same manner the menu is irregular.
usually I eat fast food like lamen,hambuger...
I'm busy thesedays,so I don't have time to meet my friend.
It's very pitiful.

Ah~ Yoga is compulsory subject for graduation. I do yoga one hour a week.

I like sports, even though I am not natural athlete.
Because summer is too hot, and winter is too cold, I can't exercise.
It's raining cats and dogs, and snowing, I can't exercise.

I go to school by bicycle everyday. But it is not enough exercise. Just transportation. In fact, I want to play badminton. I like badminton. But I don't play badminton. As you know, I'm such a fat boy.
My weight is about 100 Killogram..(Jesus!)
Actually, I like exercise that using balls such as soccer and basketball(But I don't like baseball), but I think that I don't have a plenty time to do all of them.
Before I went to the high school, I liked martial arts like Taekwondo or Judo. and after I graduated high school, I joined at institute that teaches boxing and Jiu-jitsu for several months.
But after I came to college, it was busy to continue the exercising such like that.
My diet is mostly including meats, and fried or grilled stuffs. They're agonizing me and also interfering with losing weight.
My hobby is not so related to exercising. One of my favorite hobby is drawing cartoons, so I usually meet several friends and seniors at the cartoon club in school.
And I like collecting insects too. My major is agricultural biology, so it requires me to collect several kinds of insects and make specimen from them. Fortunately, I was interested in collecting insects since I was at elementary school.
My goal requires me lots of studying and qualifications. So it's too hard to get close, but I'll try it among my whole life.

ReplyDelete3 years ago, I did Taekwondo and physical training everyday. But today I don't exercise. Because soon I will graduate from university. And I want to entrance into a graduate school. It is not JBNU. It is SNU or KAIST. So, I have studied hard my major and English for the past 2 years. But I like exercise. Especially, I like martial arts. 3 years ago, I was leader of Taekwondo group. And I was ROTC. Even though I don't diet, I never put on weight. Because, I am very busy. So, sometimes I don't lunch or dinner. And always I eat something light for lunch. And I am very busy. So, I don't see much of my girl friend. She wants to entrance into a graduate school. And I can't remember the last time I see my friends. My hobby is developing software. And my major is computer engineering. So, even though I have many hobbies, I only develop software. ReplyDeleteI think health is really important.. so I always try to take care of my health. I don't want to eat fatty food like hamburgers or snacks because they are not good for my health.
But I'm not exercising enough....I'm extremely busy these days. I study all days until I get sleep at 2am. So I strech my body before I go to bed every day. Even if I can't do exercises like running or swimming, stretching is helpful to relax muscles and it makes me sleep well.
And I sometimes liten to musics and it makes me feel better when I'm tired... and I love to watch movies so much

I didn't do it after that day because of the rain and my laziness. To make my promise keep going, I'll make my diary really detaily and decide three days to do skippings. I decided to do exercise because I was eating too much and got worried about my health.

ReplyDeleteI don't like exercise. Because it hard for me. Especially I don't like Mountain climbing. In 2009 and 2011, I go to GIRI mountain that so hard for me. But I think walking is good exercise to me.
I'm try to diet but I'm failed that always. I think I'm a weak-willed person. I have proved I can't carry through on my promises. Because I promised myself I would be not eat any food after 9:00 p.m. but I break my promise. I eat a late-night snack like a instant noodles and chicken.

I see my friends always. Their live with me. We are same christian club in DSM. Our club members share a studio with more than three people(Thier all same club members). We decided to split the difference on the rent. So it's inexpensive.

ReplyDeleteI think I don't exercise enough, but I don't have much time to special exercise. So every night I do simple exercises such as walking and stretching. Before I go to bed, do a stretching exercise that will help me relax. For example, I do a fifty sit-ups and leg exercises every day. Doing sit-ups will strengthen the muscles in my abdomen.
Because I don't gain weight easily, I eat a lot of food absolutely. But I know that this habit is not good. So I will avoid eating junk food too often and start eating a healthy, well-balanced diet from now on.
These days, I'm a little busy with school and my studies. So I don`t have enough hobbies. I want to I have a time to enjoy other things with my friends. If I have free time, I am willing to learn various instruments. And I'm going to the theater with my friends.

ReplyDeleteI did exercise in high school. But now I do not or can not exercise. Because I have many things to do everyday. For example, monday is full classes. So after class, I must review.
I usually do stretch like push-up. This is simple and easy to do.
And sometimes I exercise soccer and kendo. I have been training kendo for 7 years. So I can do well.
Kendo makes my body health. So I have a balanced body. But I like drinking alcohol, a proper amount of alcohol is so good. But I like drinking untill die. This habit is very bad to my body.
I do not have any habits. Teacher said me habit need to effort.
So I was finding and finded habit. I decide to learn french after mid-test. I do not know french completely. So I am excited.

science, is far from the dormitory. I walk to school, it takes about 20 minutes to
walk to my school. And i have to eat lunch, i'm back to dormitory at lunch time.

afternoon classes. After all, i walk about 2 hours for one day.

I enjoy playing soccer at school. but I'm not good at soccer that's because I'm not good at running for a long time or hard things. But since there are limited sports that you can do at school so I enjoy playing it. Because there is not enough time.
I don't need to diet. But I want to put on some weight. Because I'm so skinny. Some people are even envious. But I get very stressed. A lot of people want to lose weight. but I don't know. Especially, ball games aptitude are serious. so,for example, when our friends suggest me to play the ball games together, I often refuse. however, I think that I have to do physical activity. exercise made me healthily. About my diet, it changes everyday but I think every once a day I eat meat like chickens, hamburgers, and so on..
and about meeting friends, of course I see my friends everyday, because I come to school almost everyday and in weekends I met my hometown friends in Iksan.
I have lots of hobbies, like listen to music and play basketball and watch movies and there is more.. But to achieve my goals, I can't do the things that I like.. There is no time to take a break, but recently I made up a rules to do exercises twice a week.

I jump rope, i'm caught in a rope early. so i go to fitness center for do exercise. I’ve been on a diet in former days, and I’ve been exercising. at time i go to fitness center. during one hour, short time do exercise, for example walk treadmill or dumb-bell exercise, i feel well and nice. i'm register in fitness club for go on my off day. recently, i injured a ligament knee. so i can't go fitness club. i'm not busy but my strength dwindles. so i am tired shortly. i lives away from home. so i am not see my friends enough. sometimes i meet my friend i get rid of stress. I was enrolled in a health fitness at last year.
Eventually, After all did not go out three times a month.
I think the best exercise is walking.
Exercise such as biking, walking and swimming help strengthen heart and lower cholesterol.
And, I had tried dieting.
As soons as I was off a diet the weight cameback plus more.
The key to a healthy diet is proper food acd regular exercise.

So I prefer to exercise. I like to exercise with friends.
My favorite sport is football, 족구 etc. The exercise ball is a fun. Last year I had a lot of strength training. I became better health through weight training. Physique has improved Became confident. Above all, life was fun. I work harder, but now is not because of too busy. At the end of the midterm i will weight training hard again. I forgot to look for confidence.

ReplyDeleteFirst, about my exercise I always take a yoga class. It make my body very flexible. I have to walk a lot but I drive a car so it's not easy to walk to lose weight. I try to walk without driving in University. I think it's not a good idea to exercise once or twice a week, it is good to exercise everyday even just for a few minutes.
I love swimming and going to the mountain but not the hard one.
I also want to learn dancing but there are not a much place to learn.
For a diet, I am always on a diet. It's very hard to lose my weight with just exercising, it has to do with not eating much. I love eating so these days I try to eat the lower fat food.
I am very busy because I am member of JeonJu International Film Festival so I have to take a course every weekend.
I see my friends everyday. I eat lunch with them and take a class together. I meet my friends enough and I think it's because I don't have a boyfriend.
My hobby is shopping and seeing movies. I love to go to shopping not just for buying the stuff, I also enjoy searching the new trend.
My goal is to get a scholarship every semester so I study very hard. I hope to achieve my goal and satisfy myself.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite exercise is playing badminton and table tennis .I also like riding a bike in a silent spring. But I don not like the exercise such as running which is not intresting so much.I am very busy recently. I have to go to a part job as a Chinese teacher every weekend, and I am nearly crazing because of the applying for the Graduate school.I think I need more exercises to manage the stress.
I am a person who value friendship very much. I never mean the telephone bill when I make a call to my friends.
I am not on a diet but I pay much attention to the balance of the nutrition. I generally eat two eggs, many kinds of vegetable,,some fruits, some meat and a cup of milk everyday.
My hobby is very sample. I just like playing billiard balls and listenning music. But I also want to learn some musical instruments such as guitar ,pipa etc and learn cooking later.

ReplyDeleteI think I exercise a lot. everyday I walk for more than an hour. I live in hoseongdong.It takes about an hour from hoseongdong to school.I walk instead of riding the bus. It makes me happy a lot of walking. I deliberately prefer a more natural movement to take the time to exercise.
I am vegetarian. I recently started a vegetarian diet. Vegetarian diet makes the body comfortably.However, a strict vegetarian diet makes me uncomfortable.So I eat fish and chicken:)
I'm busy. I have many classes and many tasks. Friends are my energy into my busy life.

I not does diet particularly. I struggle for busy over study subjects, extracurricular activities, meeting friends.
Moderately busy help to make somebody health.

1. Walk, cycle, jog, skate, etc., to work, school, the store, or place of worship.
2. Get on or off the bus several blocks away.
3. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
4. Exercise while watching TV (for example, use hand weights, stationary bicycle/treadmill/stair climber, or stretch).
5. Dance to music.
Nothing special good havits for health to me.
To eat only, well to sleep well, divide well.

Sometimes my clothes are not fitting on me. Nowadays my frineds and me have a drinking day everyday.
Snack served with alcoholic beverages and alcohol make me like pig.
But i don't exercise at all. Because i always walk to school. The school is 30 minutes' walk from my house.
This is not enough to losing weight.
And these day we have many assignment and teamworking task, so very busy.
I know that exercise makes my feeling and health well.
