When I visited my older sister's house in America, she took me to the Costco for buying some foods.
when she talked about the Costco, I just thought about market like a korea market.
But, I was realy amazed about that market.
It was very big and It was very broad.
Many products were on display evenly.
I have never seen before in korea and I have not seen the korea costco.
I thought that "Wow It is America!!"
After sister bought foods, We bought costco's pizza.
It is also big, but It is salty little.

I went to Seoul with my friends.
We visited to Yongsan and Dongdaemoon,
we went to Dongdaemoon first because my friend said know there.
At first time that I visited to Dongdaemoon, I was really shocked.
There was many cloth shops, it lookw like market rather than super center.
Everybody bought not by regular price, but bargained.
I also tried to bargaining. It was little hard at first, but I used my gift of gab.
Finally I managed buy item for half-price.
Although I was exhausted because market was too large, It was new world for me.
That's why that shopping is most remarkable.

But every local festival and markets is my memorable shopping places.
A few days ago, I have been medicinal herbs festival in San-chung and local market in Jang-heung. In san chung, there are many goods. There are very common herbs and rare herbs.
I bought some herbs,hasuo. That makes my hair black. Todays my hair turn white because of mucu stress. T.T
And in local market in jang heung, I bought sea shell, mushroom and korean beef. Those are special products in jang heung.
Those are very yummy.
Visiting some festival and market is good because of understanding culture and buying special products.

So we went from a Gaeksa with.
I went on that day from a Gaeksa because the first time amazing.

it is one of the herb and I heard its scent is lemon.

Its scent is also lemon.
I also discover applemint which scent is apple.
I agonize which of the two things to grow, and I decide to grow lemontime.

ReplyDeleteI don't like shopping.. because shopping malls and department stores are jam-packed with people everyday, especially on the weekends. lately, we don't have to go all the way to a shopping mall to buy clothes. we can buy on internet shopping mall. so i usually do shopping to online.
I think my best shopping experience is Gwangju department store.
when I went to watching baseball in Gwangju, I reached a Gwangju bus terminal. Bus terminal and department were connected.
I feel that Gwangju department store bigger than Jeonju department store. the department store was croweded with customers.
because of baseball game, We had no enough time. In department store food court, we just ate lunch. after lunch we went out the department store, so we looked on many department fast.
I did eye shopping only and I bought a doughnut that I like.
afterward if i go there, I could relaxe shopping maybe.
I would like to go again because there is no limit to what I want to buy.

When I lived in Seattle, I went to Admonds state. these were held some festival. I don't remember the festival's name, but there were alots of shops. The festival is held one time per every year. there were food place, cloth shop, accesory shop, evert shop, and so on. That city is seaport. so I could eat so many seafood. like a shrimp, prawn, clam, squid. there were also some special local food. I just remember some spicy seafood. they used Mexican chili. I was really hot. I made pain. yes.. I felt pain.. in my tougue.

I thought, the quality was better than Korea cloths. the price is little bit expensive, but it was enough cause it is handmade. and when I was walking the street, I saw some event for child. there were some native Mexican. they were playing some wind instrument. I still don't know the instrument name. The melody was pretty good. I wanted to buy it, it was really expensive.. it was about 300$? maybe.
anyway, my best shopping experience was it. Good food, Good looking, Good event. how can be better?

A place I went to for shopping is in the middle of mountain in Brisbane. There are several special and unusual shops. Beautiful sceneries stretch as far as the eyes can see from shops. Each shops sell distinctive product. For example, There are shops only for selling chocolates, dishes, toys, traditional cloths, clocks, wine, charmingly decorated stuff, etc.. I wanted to buy things I like but I just bought some chocolates. Because It was quite expensive. But I am ok, I remember that place and will go there someday to buy things I wanted to buy.

I loved someone who went there with me as an exchange student. I thought it was very good chance to express my feelings, so I went to the best department store in the city that I stayed to prepare for her prensent by myself very carefully a day before. while doing that, I felt so fabulous and delighted, because I loved her so much and I could give her something. Giving present to someone I love or anyone is one of the most pleasing for me. Also, I booked a table for 2 in the most luxurious restaurant in the city. It was one of the most memorable shopping and unforgettable.

About 5 years ago, I bought a phone in Shenzhen, but the phone went wrong after having it for only one month. So I went to the A/S center, they respired it soon. Out of all expectations, the phone went wrong again. So I sought for A/S one more time. They told me the phone should be changed a part from another repairing store. After that thing arrived, they would inform me.
But two weeks passed without any message. Then I went to the A/S center for a third time, they not only didn’t solve the problem but also treated me in a very bad manner.
I could only go to” 315”which is an organization for Protecting Consumers' Rights.
Luckily, in a short time, I got a satisfying reply.

ReplyDeleteFirstly, I think I should talk about my shopping style or style. One of my shopping style is kind of extempore. I usually get sudden favorite and buy things abruptly. These thing happens in department store or big shoes market like things.
Second one of my style is 'think three times' theory. I think I am care of money. Few years ago my mom recommended a book, it talks about money. A rich man talk a person who have no deep thought of money. The main point of rich man's story was 'think three times, before you put your money out of your wallet'. Think three times can applicate with everything. About money, behavior, talk, and even study I think.
Two weeks ago, I bought a watch at Jeonju lotte department store with my parents. It was sudden decision. I have never told my parents to buy things. But I don't know why, that moment, I really wanna get a watch. It was my first 'insisting on' opinion. My watch is special. It's quite expensive. So I need to love and care of it!
I feel something special and good when I took that watch. It's really nice things.

Five months it's how close the guys working decent.
So there I was thinking necessities and food often

And for clothes were never going to buy two had a value.
Sure to buy commodities or food plus or E-Mart has a good home to buy clothes and walk around a lot or a lot at once, or go to Dongdaemun market seems to be so great forty-five.

ReplyDeleteIn this winter vacation, I went to philippine vision trip with Christian club in DSM. 60 people go all together. last day we go to Mal Of Asia(MOA). There was so big. I was surprised about that. I bought a dry mango and cookie made in philippine. We stay there more than 10 hours. We ate lunch and dinner.
In lunch we ate watch at department store and market and bakery. There had everything else. I want to look around all of there but I didn't. Because there was too large.
There had an ice rink too. I just watch that. The most impress shop is bear doll shop. A shop assistant said korean greeting. Thay said “안녕하세요” and “감사합니다.”. That was so impressed me. and bear doll was so cute. But I couln't buy that. because expansive. That was best shopping experience in my life.

ReplyDeleteI can't forget my shopping experience at West Edmonton Mall. I went there about 10 years ago. It is in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I heard that the mall is the world's biggest mall.
In the mall, there was water park, hotel, movie center, ice link etc. I went there with my mom, and shopped plates and buy things in Chinese market. Mostly we went there to buy grocery at Chinese market. The market was really huge. There was lots of things that we couldn't buy at safeway(the Canada's grocery store). I can remember that I was bored while my mom was looking for dishes.
If I have chance to go there again, I wanna look through there more! Maybe it will take more than 4 hours to see there. haha

My family visit grandmother's house once a year, and after I visit my grandmother, my younger sister, and me go to market for my grandmother. Because we know, after leaving her house, she is very lonely and sad. So we fill the refrigerator.

blouse is a white frilly blouse. muffler is long and warm.

Last year, I went to Seoul with my friend.
So, we visited the Times Square in Yongdeungpo.
It think that it is best shopping place.
Beacause there are many stores, like clothes store, E-mart, Food restaurants,
jewel shops, an amusemaent hall, and so on.
We just had to window shopping, but it takes about three hours.
We were very surprised about that.
And when my friend's birthday, i bought a perfume to her.
Before i present this to her, i smelled various perfume's fragrance.

I sometimes go shopping when I need foods. 2 years ago, when I started living apart from my family. I needed foods. So, I went shopping at the Home-Plus alone. It was very amazing. Because there were many food like chickens, fruits, snacks and drinks. Even though I didn't have a lot of money, I was very happy. Then, I bought chicken, snack and beer. And 1 years ago, I bought foods and cooked something using the foods. But, I don't cook foods now. So, I don't go shopping these days. ReplyDeleteMy memorable shopping experience is in Italy. I have travelled Italy 2 years ago summer. I went to st. Condotti in Rome which is lined with famous brand-name stores such as Prada, Chanel, Louisviottion etc. I had never seen that kind of so many shops at the same time. The shops were luxurious and the clerks were polite and even strict. I was excited by seeing the fantastic products. But I was also exhuasted because I couldn't buy the products.
When I went there, the brand-name products were having a sale. So every shops were crowded with people. Many tourists especially bought lots of merchandise. I wasn't interested in the brand-name products but the atmosphere in the shops certainly seemed to make me buy something. Since the street is so long, my legs are painful to look around the shops but It was enjoyable experience. If someone is interested in shopping and brand-name product, I recommend to go to the street.

I went traditional market in Seoul last year.
It's a traditional market packed with small stores and vendors.
Traditional markets are wonderful places to see the lifestyles of local people.
There are very much of the unique Korean everyday goods, and one can taste the unique Korean food of the common folks.
And Traditional market has tender-heartes people, foods that are motivated by kindness, and various items.
In the market, there is exist something different than what is in the department stores.
That is called “dumm.” That is also known as generosity.
That is like, if you bought 5 apples, you get one more.
I think this pulling closer and making us happier among the neighbors is the most important strength of Korean market.
But recently traditional market buildings exist along-side modernized shopping malls.
These big shopping malls revealed that they experienced a jump in sales but business looks quite bleak at tradtional market.
This sounds bad, but is it?
I guess I went traditional market today after a long time becaues I usually go to the big market and department store.
I hope not only many Korean people but also another people use this shopping place frequently.

ReplyDeleteActually, this is a secret. My hobby is assembling plamodels such like Gundam. But I'm avoiding some of the plamodels which is too expensive.
Before the first semester starts, I was at Seoul. So I enjoyed going plamodel shopping mall at Seoul.
When I go there, I usually just look at the displayed models at first.
Actually, That's fun enough. But real purpose is thinking and choosing for the product that I want to buy.
I usually spend almost 2 hours for choosing just one plamodel. Because some of that are a little bit expensive so I need to consider deeply about that stuffs.
The best shopping experience was the moment that I saw the new product that I couldn't imagine.
In fact, most of the plamodels are made by Japan. So releasing new products at Korea needs several weeks more than the Japan because we need to import them from there.
So, although I hear the news about new releasing stuffs in Japan, I can't forecast the D-day exactly when the products will be imported from there.
So I was surprised that I met a new product which I couldn't thought. So only at that moment, I bought it immediately and directly.
And now, I'm still satisfying about this plamodel.

I bought wallet to father and cosmetic to mother.
Lotte Dept. Store sell expensive goods.
It was extremely expensive me. but My parent is glad. on the other hand my parent says I must save money. So I remember that.
i am saemi in class 5.my memorable shopping place is woodbury outlet in New York. i never been that kind of place in my life. there are a lot of brand store in there. chanel store is in there; that store is the only site in outlet.i bought some bags and sneakers in reasonable price. many visitors visit woodbury when they visit New york. i regret that i didn't buy many things. if i go there again,i will buy tons of stuff. whole day is not enogh to look around there. i strongly recommed to visit there!!!nobody will regret to visit there.

Hong Kong's shopping center was too big like a town. Hong Kong shopping malls are some of the biggest and most impressive in the world. Central to the south of the ferry terminal in Hong Kong Island is the largest shopping mall, IFC Mall. IFC Mall syapdeulgwa many famous luxury restaurants and bars are. But my memorable experience is when I bought a present for my boyfriend. It was our D-300 anniversary and I wanted to buy clothes for him. I tried to find a perfect one but it took long time to choose. we was exhausted... But finally he found a t-shirt and I bought it for him. I was really happy because he liked my present. And our anniversary was great even if we had a hard time shopping... Someday I want to buy present for my mom as soon as I earn money on my own. Maybe I'll be happy if she likes my present too!!

Before I go there, Poeple say that dongdaemoon is a great fashion mall. And I had gone there..WoW..!! I was very surprised to see that. There are many variety shop that I didn't have seen before. The most I remember is zipper shops. There are many zipper shops that sell professionally zipper only. And there are many high buildings that include many cloth shops and fiber shops in there. I think dongdaemoon has all clothes that korea has. And we had bought clothes!! Because of we don't have many time so we can't looking around all the things. But later, If there is a chance I go to dongdaemoon, I will looking around all the place in it.

When I lived DaeJeon, I have gone 'E' clothing store, from high school student to now. There have many clothes, I like, especially. So, when I went downtown, I always go there. That have generally cheaper clothes. Clothes should not have 10000won, they are little pretty. If you look pretty clothes there, is to get cheap and good things. I purchased the White coat and a yellow t-shirts and shorts, trousers, dresses, cardigans, etc.

when I do shopping, I usually used online market more than offline.
but, My most memorable shopping(offline) is Dongdaemun
Last year. I went to Dongdaemun .Tremendous number of people, very heavy traffic but cheap and high-quality goods. Dongdaemun have a lot of clothing store building. At first time that I visited to Dongdaemoon, I was really shocked. Because,there was many cloth shops.
Anyway this was my best shopping memory when i went Dongdaemun!!
The experience was very excitng!

My best memory of shopping is that I and my brother saved some money and bought a birthday present for my mom. When I was young, I used to write a letter or gave her some small gift. Two years ago, when I was 20, I had a part time job and saved big money. I went to a department store and bought a cloth for her. I remember she was very happy, and so was I.

i liked the most was Myeongdong, Seoul. There are many brand clothing store. But I called 'A-land' stores was the most impressive. There is different from other clothing. Most of the clothing store apparel sales.
However, the individual designers' clothes made there for sale. Very unique and nice clothes. i like unique
A-land, but not a few places.

My best shopping experience is that i saw the Dong dae moon.
I went to Dongdaemoon first because my friend said know there.
There was many cloth shop and many an article for slae have something in.
I'm buy T-shirt and jean. I very satisfaction.
Most people fully understand why shopping.
I'm very nice day.

When I was young, I went Disney Land Park in America.
I can't forget that place out of my head because it was really big.
Besides many shop was in there and many characters walked arround and say hello to child.
So I felt excited and I bought really big Minnie mouse doll!
That doll was taller than me at that time and after came back home, everyday I slept with my Minnie mouse doll.
So that shopping experience was my best thing in my life.
